  • Will all parties be able to complete the purchase?
  • Are both parties seriously interested in the completing the property transaction sale?
  • Are the terms and conditions reasonable and acceptable to you?
  • Should the offer price be accepted without changes?
  • Should you counter-offer?
  • Should you reject the offer outright?
  • How will this offer affect your financial needs and time constraints?

Evaluating an offer is more than an arithmetic computation. There is no substitute for good instincts and experience. Because of Kathy's continuing involvement in real estate transactions on a regular basis, Kathy helps you answer all the above questions. She also provides you with a Sales Net Proceeds Worksheet so that you have a fairly good idea of how much money you'll make from the sale allowing you to make an informed decision about selling the house.

11)  Inspections/Closing. Kathy attends all inspections, and even attends the closing with you to ensure a smooth transaction.

12)  Marketing. Your property is marketed via signs, brochures, flyers, open houses and caravans (if deemed necessary), and multiple digital platforms are used to reach the largest pool of buyers interested in buying a home in this area.
