Fees

Home Buyer Service fees are not earned and payable until you close on your new home. MacKenzie Realty does negotiate with the builder or Listing Broker to encourage them to pay the Buyer Agent brokerage fee on your behalf.  In the event they are not willing (it has never happened before), our broker home buyer service fee would be charged to you at closing.
